Inscription in 3 lines: FOR / CONSPICUOUS / GALLANTRY within a wreath of laurel and surmounted by a crown.

Straight suspender with single toe claw with inward scrolls on rim.

RIBBON
1 1/4 inches; Light Blue with Dark Blue (3/8") edges.
